China's modernization experience can assist African countries in accomplishing their development objectives, such as poverty reduction, economic independence, and industrialization. African nations must approach their interaction with China strategically, focusing on matching national development ambitions with key sectors where China excels.

Chinese modernization serves as a model for Africa's growth and development. In the spirit of advancing this concept experts drawn from 49 African countries were hosted at the Anhui Academy of Governance for an eight-day seminar that was organized by the Anhui Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. A province known for its vitality in innovation giving priority to three innovative sectors including quantum information, fusion energy and deep space exploration. Additionally, Anhui has abundant ecological resources; the production of grain, cotton and edible oil takes the lead in China.

Notably out of 10 China's most famous teas, Anhui got 4. The mountainous regions in southern Anhui and Dabie Mountain are crowned as the lungs of Eastern China. The host institution, the party school of Anhui Provincial Committee of C.P.C (Anhui Academy of Governance) serves as a training base for leading cadres and outstanding young and middle-aged officials and provides a vital platform for studying and promoting Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and promoting the ideological and theoretical development of the party.
